“BMW 335i Giveaway”

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The “BMW 335i Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Joni Socials LLC (“Sponsor”), 10810 N Tatum BLVD STE 102-250 Phoenix AZ 85028

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, BMW, or any affiliated entities.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 5/28/2026 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on 8/28/2026 at 11:59 PM MST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s database shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Method of Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop at  Nostalgiaspec.com will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every whole dollar spent.

The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax amount of your eligible purchase excluding shipping/handling charges, and less any discounts. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor may announce Bonus Entries at the Website and/or on its social media pages, for opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entry Periods”). Bonus entry promotions may temporarily increase the number of entries awarded but will not alter the odds calculation method.

ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS.  IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

To enter without making a purchase, entrants may hand-print their:

  • full legal name

  • mailing address

  • email address

  • phone number

  • date of birth

on a standard 3” x 5” card along with the phrase:

“BMW 335i Giveaway Entry”

and mail it in a properly stamped #10 envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive the equivalent number of promotional entries as designated by Sponsor for the standard entry period.

Mail-in entries must be:

  • postmarked no later than 8/28/2026

  • and received no later than 9/1/2026

Mechanically reproduced, automated, incomplete, illegible, bulk-submitted, or fraudulent entries are void.

Each envelope must be mailed individually.

Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator).  Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. If you are unable to or physically handicapped you can have someone other than yourself (not more than 1 person) hand print the 3” x 5” card and #10 envelope on your behalf with your information as the entrant. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

Mail-in entries have equal odds of winning as purchase entries.

5. PRIZE

One (1) verified winner will receive:

  • One BMW 335i vehicle as configured and modified by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes build series.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000

Sponsor reserves the sole right to determine final vehicle configuration, modifications, included components, appearance, and condition.

Prize vehicle may contain aftermarket, modified, performance, cosmetic, suspension, tuning, exhaust, wheel, tire, drivetrain, engine, turbocharger, or emissions-related modifications.

Prize vehicle is awarded “AS IS” without any warranty, express or implied.

Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • mechanical condition,

  • reliability,

  • future performance,

  • emissions compliance,

  • insurability,

  • or fitness for a particular purpose.

Prize vehicle may not meet emissions, inspection, noise, registration, or street legality requirements in all states or municipalities. Manufacturer warranties may be void or unavailable due to modifications.

Winner acknowledges the vehicle may require ongoing maintenance and performance vehicles may experience mechanical failure.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for future repairs or maintenance after delivery.

Winner is solely responsible for:

  • title fees

  • taxes

  • registration

  • insurance

  • emissions compliance

  • inspections

  • transportation/shipping

  • licensing

  • maintenance

  • and all other costs associated with ownership or operation of the vehicle.

Winner must possess:

  • a valid driver’s license

  • and legally required insurance

prior to taking delivery of the prize vehicle.

Vehicle shown in promotional materials may differ from final delivered configuration, mileage, condition, or appearance.

Prize vehicle mileage may increase during the Sweepstakes Period due to testing, transport, filming, maintenance, and promotional use.

Sponsor is not responsible for arranging transportation or shipping of the prize vehicle.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash prize or alternate vehicle of equal or greater value if the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable due to damage, theft, mechanical failure, legal restrictions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about 9/10/2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winner will be contacted via email, phone, social media, and/or mail using the information associated with the entry.

If a selected winner:

  • cannot be contacted,

  • fails to respond within seven (7) days,

  • fails eligibility verification,

  • refuses the prize,

  • or fails to execute required documentation,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose social media conduct, public content, or behavior is deemed unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or damaging to the Sponsor or Sweepstakes.

Failure to take delivery of the vehicle within a reasonable time determined by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION / DISQUALIFICATION

ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, refund, cancel, or revoke any order or entry at its sole discretion if fraud, abuse, technical issues, or rule violations are suspected.

Purchasing merchandise for the purpose of obtaining entries and later attempting to return products after the Sweepstakes Period may result in:

  • disqualification,

  • forfeiture of entries,

  • bans from future promotions,

  • and/or legal action.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of:

  • tampering,

  • automated entries,

  • bot activity,

  • fraudulent conduct,

  • chargeback abuse,

  • or violation of these Official Rules.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees the unrestricted right to use winner’s:

  • name,

  • image,

  • likeness,

  • voice,

  • social media handle,

  • photographs,

  • video footage,

  • and statements

for advertising, promotional, social media, and content purposes worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes or tagging Sponsor-related content on social media, entrants grant Sponsor the right to repost and use submitted content for promotional purposes.

Winner may be required to participate in promotional filming, prize handoff content, interviews, photographs, and social media content related to the Sweepstakes.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, sponsors, platform providers, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of:

  • participation in the Sweepstakes,

  • acceptance of the prize,

  • operation or use of the prize vehicle,

  • or any related activity.

Entrants acknowledge that modified performance vehicles involve inherent risks.

Winner assumes all risks associated with ownership and operation of the vehicle upon transfer.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • technical failures,

  • website outages,

  • internet interruptions,

  • delayed entries,

  • lost mail,

  • human error,

  • or unauthorized intervention.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other issue compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

11. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.

By entering, entrants agree:

  • all disputes shall be resolved individually,

  • no class actions shall be permitted,

  • claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes,

  • and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Entrants waive all rights to punitive, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the approximate retail value of the prize.

Winner may be required to complete IRS documentation prior to receiving the prize.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants may be used by Sponsor for:

  • Sweepstakes administration,

  • marketing,

  • promotional communications,

  • and audience engagement.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

 

14. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes ends.
